Question number 9 has 11 respondents answering that they strongly agree (2) that reforms have a positive influence on Qatari culture. The rationale for this is because respondents in Table 1 are all Qatari students who are most aware of the impact of the reforms on their national culture. Question number 10 has 8 respondents who believed that the reform is turning Qatar into a copy of the West. Again, the rationale for this is because respondents in Table 2 are comprised of non-Qatari students who could have had the opportunities of attending western schools.
